Mirco de Govia is een Duitse dancemuziekartiest, geboren in 1970 in München. Hij begon zijn muzikale carrière als DJ en techno-muziekproducer in 1990. In 1994 richt hij het techno-platenlabel Euphonic Records op. Zijn eerste studioalbum, "Evolution", werd uitgebracht in 2000 en was commercieel succesvol met een eerste plaats in de Duitse techno-hitlijsten. Daarna bracht De Govia nog twee albums uit, "Stories from the Future" in 2002 en "Colours of Sound" in 2004. In 2006 richt hij het trancemuzieklabel A State of Trance op en brengt zijn vierde studioalbum, "A State of Mind", uit in 2007.
