BIOGRAPHY
Time Bandits is a British music group from Manchester. The band consists of Sean Ryder (vocals, guitar), Wayne Anthony (keyboards), Stuart Kershaw (guitar), David Potts (drums), and Tony McCarroll (drums). The group had limited commercial success in the UK, but found more success in Europe and the United States. Their debut single, "Einstein A Go-Go", reached number eight in the UK charts in 1982. Their 1983 album, Into the Gap, reached number four on the UK charts and was certified gold. Their single "Missing Persons Unit", from the album, reached number eleven in the UK charts. Their third album, Nothing Lasts Forever, was released in 1985 and reached number eleven on the UK charts. Their single "Don't Waste My Time", from the album, reached number five in the UK charts. The band disbanded in 1987, but did a temporary reunion in 1991 to participate in the Rock the World tour. The band then split again in 1992, but reunited once more in 2001. They released a new album, Lost in Space, in 2002.
