Paul Mendez is an electronic music and hip-hop artist from Los Angeles, California. He began his career playing guitar and producing beats for local artists. In 2010, he founded the hip-hop group Joanna Rays with his colleague and friend, Joanna Rays. The group released two albums, "The Sun" and "The Moon," which were critically acclaimed. In 2012, Mendez released his first solo album, "The Life of Paul Mendez," which was a commercial success and topped the hip-hop charts on iTunes. He continues to tour and produce music and beats for Joanna Rays and other artists. In 2016, he revealed his second solo album, "The Future," which was critically acclaimed. Paul Mendez currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife and two children.
