Tullio Piancaldini was an Italian musical artist, born in 1881 and passed away in 1966. Piancaldini was a pianist and composer of classical music. He studied piano with Giovanni Sgambati and Vincenzo Lombardi, before turning to the study of composition with Giacomo Puccini. Piancaldini composed a large number of works for piano, voice, and orchestra. Among his most renowned compositions are the four symphonies, six piano concertos, two violin concertos, two cello concertos, and two flute concertos. He also created numerous melodies, songs, and chamber music pieces.
