4 Strings is a Dutch trance music group. The group was founded in 1998 by Jan De Vos and Carlo Resoort. They experienced immediate success with hits such as "Day Time" and "Take Me Away (Into The Night)", which were widely played by many international DJs. 4 Strings not only found success with their own tracks, but they are also in high demand for remixes of popular artists. The duo consists of Carlo Resoort, the producer, and Jan De Vos, the DJ. Originally, Vanessa van Hemert was part of the duo as a singer. However, she decided to leave in 2005 and was replaced by various vocalists on different tracks. Despite the changes in vocalists, the distinctive sound of 4 Strings remains consistent and recognizable. The group is still active and continues to produce music that resonates with their global fanbase.
